First, I apologize. During the last few months of what turned out to be an exhausting pregnancy, real life became so overwhelming that I had no mental energy or interest in fiction and spent no time here at WriteBlack.
Even though she’s just a few days old, now that my daughter, Olamina (yes, after that Olamina), is here, I’m again interested in letting my mind travel to made-up spaces. Seriously, it’s as though a switch flipped in my brain.
So I’ll be back.
Gimme a minute to spend some time reading some new stuff and catching up on the publishing industry, though, OK?

Congratulations!
